My interest and work in the area of stress includes my dissertation research (examining the relationship between stress and the onset of an autoimmune disorder). I volunteered for a number of years as a “Stress Manager” with the Marin County Office of Emergency Services.
I have helped children and families since 1993, raised six children, and understand the stresses that families often experience.

It has been our great pleasure to know and work with Ann Buscho, Ph.D. in the recent past. We originally met with Ann during a difficult time of our eldest daughter's life. Ann's qualities enabled her to identify the issues affecting our daughter and address those over a short period of time. Her advice, counsel and special caring way facilitated a reversal and amelioration of these issues to the point that they were virtually eliminated. Our daughter is amazingly stable now and her self esteem has risen to a level which we never could have imagined. Once we realized how gifted Ann was we felt very comfortable approaching her relative to our own relationship issues and Ann creatively and supportively identified our "root causes" to help us improve as a couple going forward. We are exceedingly grateful to Ann for applying her expertise and innovative methods to help us understand ourselves and one another better. Ann Buscho is a remarkable human being capable of overcoming any behavioral issue which might detract from one's life experience and we would highly recommend her to improve the quality of life under any circumstances.
